Your 2018 information will pre-populate fields if you enter your Unique ID. Your Unique ID is your last name and the last 4 digits of your phone number.
Example: Johnny Jones (phone 987-654-1234)
Unique ID would be: JONES1234
(case sensative - so CAP your last name!)
If there is more than one membership type at your household and they share the same primary phone number; add a "-2" for the second membership.
If your data does not pre-populate, check the 2018 membership directory. Be sure your name was spelled correctly and your phone is correct. The Unique ID is based on what was printed in the 2018 membership list.
If you do not have a phone number in the membership directory - your code would just be your last name: JONES
If it still won't pre-populate, please contact Jeanine Wilson @ email@example.com. We need to see what went wrong!
Once the form has pre-populated - you can continue with your renewal. You can change any information that has changed. Type carefully as this will electronically populate the database and membership directory.
TO REPEAT - Several people are missing this IMPORTANT POINT. Your last name must be in all CAPS or the UniqueID does not work.
Do not type Jones1234 it must be JONES1234
