This is for Credit Card payment only. Credit Card payment is offered as a convenience for you. A 4% fee will be added to pay via Credit Card.

Due to an event on Mother’s Day at the Founders Inn, no one may arrive before 5pm on Sunday May 11th.

Reserved Parking is just that: RESERVED. No spot gives you line of site to the rings, there is a raised berm between the ring and reserved parking. You can of course groom and set up ex-pens in the reserved parking. There is limited parking near the rooms and NONE can be reserved. Use of cones or anything to save spaces in the hotel parking lot is prohibited and if used, will be removed. Parking in the area by the hotel rooms is single space parking - no in & out - no awnings! There are also plenty of free single spots in front of the hotel-same rules apply. For in/out parking, a reserved spot is required, but it will not be next to the hotel rooms, but in lots around the back of the property.

Reserved spots are available by reservation ONLY.   Each preferred spot is a double width parking spot (approximately 18 feet wide by 20 feet long), which allows for the vehicle and space to work. All parking is on parking lot surface. There is grass for x-pens a short walk from your spot but not at your spot. There are 2 fenced dog runs by preferred parking.

If you want to park next to someone you must send in together or sign up for 2 spots online and let me know in the notes section who the 2nd person will be. Those with large rigs (Full size vans & box trucks) or wanting additional space will need to reserve 2 spots to allow for their needs. This area is NOT for motor homes (i.e. vehicles with bathrooms/kitchens, etc.).

Preference is given to those who are leaving their dogs in the vehicle overnight, staying for the longest period of time and staying at the Founders Inn.

WE CANNOT put you next to someone - UNLESS you both sign up online the SAME DAY! Please coordinate if you want to set up beside someone else. If you don't, you won't be beside each other.
