Most of the time the form doesn't populate - it is because the instructions weren't followed.

Your 2025 information will pre-populate fields when you enter your Unique ID. Your Unique ID is your last name and the last 4 digits of your phone number. Your UID was printed on the Dues Renewal Letter.

Example: Johnny Jones (phone 987-654-1234)
Unique ID would be: JONES1234
(case sensitive - so CAP your entire last name!)

If you are listed in the 2025 Membership Directory, your
Unique ID (UID) is listed below your information.

Your dues are NOT complete until your check is received. Please do not ask if we received your check. Rather check the ZipCode List. The list is typically updated every Wednesday evening.

You can request the Zip List or Breeders Directory Zip List using the appropriate link on the ISCA website. These links will also be sent in future Flea Bytes.
