RULES FOR PHOTO SUBMISSION:

ONE ENTRY FORM PER PHOTO!

1. Final winners will be chosen by the ISCA Foundation Calendar Committee from the photos receiving the most votes. If it appears there has been ballot stuffing, the photo will not be used. All decisions are final.

2. Submit only previously unpublished photos of your Irish Setter(s). No single person shall have more than 3 winning photos published.

3. No official win shots will be accepted. No copyrighted photos may be submitted without written permission from the photographer. Kennel names must not be included in the photo.

4. Photos must be candid and feature either an AKC registered (or registerable) Irish Setter.

5. A completely filled out entry form (or online form) must be submitted for each photo entered. Any entry received without this information will be disqualified.

6. Photographers are advised to keep a copy of each entry. The ISCA Foundation Calendar Committee cannot acknowledge receipt of photos and assumes no responsibility for any entry under any circumstances.

7. Entries must be full color photos, unmounted, unframed and may be submitted in any size. Digital photos are preferred. The ISCA Foundation Calendar Committee reserves the right to determine printing suitability requirements.

8. The ISCA Foundation Calendar Committee acquires the right to publish (and edit) any entry in the Irish Setter Calendar. Photographers retain ownership of all photos. If you do not want your photo edited - please do not submit it.

9. By entering the contest, entrants certify that they own the animals photographed or have the owner’s permission to enter the photo.

10. Mailed entries must have your name, phone number and email address on the back of each photo submitted. Photos will not be returned without a stamped/addressed return envelope. Maximum 5 photos submitted via snail mail.

11. Mailed entries must be received no later than July 1, 2026
