The following fees are approximate amounts and will vary depending on the exchange rate at the time of aopplication. Please see here for our Fees page with live exchange rate information.
J1 INTERN (up to 12 months)
Full time students and recent graduates (starting program within 12 months of graduating)
J1 TRAINEE (up to 12 months)
Participants with degree or professional qualification PLUS a minimum 12 months work experience. In the absence of a related qualification, participants must have at least 5 years full time related experience

SEVIS Fee (USCIS administrative Cost) - $220 US DOLLARS - PAYABLE DIRECT BY APPLICANT ONCE APPROVED BY PAN ATLANTIC
Visa Interview Fee (MRV Fee) - $185 US DOLLARS - PAYABLE DIRECT BY APPLICANT WHEN BOOKING FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW AT EMBASSY

The remainder of the fees will be paid by your US Host Company.

Cancellation Policy
Please note there will be no refund of any programme fees is you cancel AFTER your visa has been issued OR after your DS start date as listed on your DS-7002 Training Plan
After Application submitted to Pan Atlantic/ Prior to issuance of SEVIS ID	£250 non-refundable charge
After SEVIS ID has been issued but prior to issuance of visa (including in cases of visa denial)	J1 Intern: Refund MINUS £575 J1 Trainee: Refund MINUS £625
Please note: The US Government will not refund fees for either SEVIS or the MRV Fee
*If, as part of your application process, revised documents have been issued FOR THE SAME US HOST COMPANY for any reason (at a cost of £92.50 per re-issue), these fees will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
Cancellation AFTER you visa has been issued or AFTER your DS Start date (as listed on your DS-7002	No Refund
