Cancellation and Refund Policy

• After Application complete and submitted to Pan Atlantic: £350
• In the event of cancellation after a DS-2019 has been approved and printed:
  J1 Intern: Applicant will receive a refund of 50% of program fees
  J1 Trainee: Applicant will receive a refund 50% of program fees

J2 Applications: Applicant will receive a refund of fees minus £300 for each application

Please note: The US Government will not provide a refund to any participant for either the SEVIS Fee ($220) or the Visa Interview Fee ($185)

Other Program costs and pricing notes:

• SEVIS FEE ($220): When your application is ready to be approved, you will be contacted by Pan Atlantic. At this time, as part of the process of booking your visa interview at your local embassy, you will need to pay your SEVIS fee
• Site Visits: In some cases (as required by US Government guidelines), it may be necessary to conduct a Site Visit in order to confirm the Prospective host company in the US is able to meet the legal requirements for hosting an international intern or trainee.If this is required, an additional £250 will be added to the programme fee (you will be notified of this in advance)
• Local US Embassy Fee/ MRV Fee ($160): This is paid directly to the local embassy in order to book and attend your interview.
• DS-2019 forms are issued for specific dates. Re-issuance of the DS-2019 for new dates prior to the start of the program will incur additional fees.
  New dates within the same calendar year will incur a fee of £100 per change
• New dates that require a change to the next calendar year will incur an additional cost of 50% of the orioginal program fees

I confirm that I have received and reviewed the pricing information and break down in this agreement. I verify that I fully understood the program costs before making payment to IST Plus for the J-1 program through Pan Atlantic Exchanges and understand the cancellation and refund policies.
