Terms and Conditions
· TRS is a pay as you go service with recurring payments billed monthly. Annual pay options are available with $60 savings. This is annual pay option billed yearly with a price guaranteed for 12 months without increase. Monthly payment option is a "pay-as-you-go" and may be subject to price increase at any time, not to exceed $10 per month. You will receive a email notification.
· Only one user name is available per login account. Joint returns may use the same login and password. If separate logins are needed, you will be required to sign up and pay for another account.
· A user can download, print and email or fax to any third-party requesting copy of your tax returns along with supporting documents.
· Modify and deleted features are restricted. You will need to contact our support team for assistance.
· Our authorized staff reserves the right to view any documents that may exceed the normal file size for the subscription plan you selected.
· 12 months to 7 years of storage is provided and recommended. The IRS and financial agencies required you to save tax documents up 3,5,6,7 an longer. You have the option to renew 30-days prior to your expiration date. If payment is not received or funds are insufficient your TRS account may be terminated and/or suspended until further notice.
. NSF fees are $35 per attempt to collect. Your account could be subject to collection procedures if not paid in 30 days.
· You may not sublease, rent, or share your storage account with anyone not listed on your application for privacy reasons. Should someone else need storage,(such as a dependent on your tax return) they will need to pay and accept TRS terms of services for a new account.
. Violating any terms and conditions will result in terminating your account.
· Storage documents: PDF’s are the preferred document type to upload tax returns and supporting documents. No media, executable, website (html) or non-document type files are permitted. Violating this term will result in the termination of the TRS account(s).

After payment is complete, your account will be processed and you will receive an email with the link to your vault to begin uploading your tax return(s) and supporting documents.
