for Membership of the International Women's Club of Stockholm

Would you like to meet new friends, visit interesting places, engage in enjoyable activities, and gain more knowledge about Stockholm and Swedish culture? Then please join us!

To apply for membership in the International Women's Club Stockholm, please complete and submit the application form below and make a payment for the application. Then, our Executive Board will review your application and vote for approval. You will receive an email from us informing you of our decision.

In case we are unable to approve your membership for any reason (see below for the criteria for a new membership), you will receive a refund of the money you paid, less any bank or transaction fees charged by either our bank or yours.

A new membership shall be open to:

1. Foreign-born English-speaking women who are not originally of Swedish nationality and who have resided in Sweden for no more than 10 (ten) consecutive years prior to their application.

2. Women of Swedish nationality who have been living abroad consecutively for at least 5 (five) years and have returned to Sweden no more than 3 (three) years prior to their application.

3. An exception will be made where a Swedish born woman with full diplomatic status represents another country in Sweden and this exception shall apply as long as she holds full diplomatic status.

4. English speaking daughter(s) of IWC members, regardless of nationality, who have reached the age of 21 may apply for full IWC membership.
