Submission of this form does not guarantee approval, enrollment, or transportation services. Waitlist status and service availability are subject to change at any time, with or without notice.
Once your child has been approved for services, you will have 24 hours to submit all required enrollment documents, the $100 registration fee, and your first tuition payment. Families must also complete each step outlined on the iRider Intake Sheet within the allotted timeframe. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your child’s assigned seat and placement back on the waitlist.
Please ensure the email address and phone number provided on this form are accurate and monitored regularly, as your child’s acceptance letter and all important enrollment communications will be sent to the contact information on file.
Please do not submit more than one waitlist form for the same child. Duplicate submissions may result in your child being moved to the end of the waitlist or removed from consideration altogether.
For the 2026–2027 school year, iCommute Kids has opened 50 transportation seats per service county. Once all available seats have been filled, no additional openings will be offered unless a currently enrolled family’s seat becomes available.
