    1-inch sticker fits all bottle sizes and can be used on prescription vials to increase awareness. 2-inch sticker can be used to alternative to stapling medication bag. Each come in rolls of 500.

  • Rack Card - Brief Opioid Knowledge Test (4x8.5, two-sided)

    A patient-friendly variation on the Brief Opioid Overdose Knowledge (BOOK) test. For recipients to complete on their own time (waiting room, etc.) score themselves, and write down any questions they might have for their provider. Providers can use this to assess gaps in knowlege to facilitate further discussion as well.
