AAPM 2024 Custom Poster Order Form

Hello! welcome to the Poster Printing Order Form. This is where you may submit your PDF file for printing of your presentation poster(s), prior to your arrival at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

Poster Request and How It Works

Fill out the information below and submit your electronic file. Upon a successfully downloaded file you will receive acknowledgement of the poster request. Our staff will then proof the file, not for content, but for resolution, pixelization and sizing concerns. Please note - Our proof is a quick courtesy look for any obvious issues. It is the poster authors responsibility to ensure quality resolution(300 dpi).

Upon approval of your file, you will receive an additional email containing a invoice link. Once payment is received your poster is printed. No posters will be shipped. All poster will be available for pickup at the business center, located within the convention center.

Files processed prior to July 3rd, 2024, will receive discounted pricing - listed below. Files processed July 4th - July 15th; standard pricing will apply. July 16th forward, we shall continue to process files through the duration of the event, rush fee may apply. Next Day and Same Day poster printing will also be available. Rush fees will apply.

Posters are printed on 45 lb premium presentation paper.

Poster Size - Best of Professional (BOP), Blue Ribbon Poster (BRP), General Poster Discussion (GPD) & Expanding Horizons - The maximum poster dimensions should not exceed 44" x 44" (111.76 cm x 111.76 cm). Each author will have a usable area measuring 4' high x 4' wide display. Poster material may not extend outside the assigned measurements. Best in Physics (BIP) - The maximum dimensions should not exceed 44"h x 92"w (111.76 h x 233.68 w) landscape format. Each author will have a usable area measuring 4' high x 8' wide display. Poster material may not extend outside the assigned measurements. The sizes below are common, but feel free to use Custom Size if desired sizing is not shown.*
