ACMG 2025 Poster Portal

Hello! Welcome to the Poster Printing Order Form. This is where you may submit your PDF file of your presentation poster(s), prior to your arrival at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

Poster Request and How It Works

Fill out your information below, attach your PDF files, and submit your form. Upon submission you will receive a confirmation to the provided email address. Please note that it is the user's responsibility to ensure the quality of resolution (300 DPI or more). Once we have received your file, our staff will review and proof your file(s) for resolution and sizing concerns. We will reach out via email if anything shall arise.

NOTE: When submitting your PDF file, please ensure that it is sized correctly to match the poster dimensions you are requesting. This helps us avoid the need to contact you for resizing, ensuring a smoother and faster process.

Upon approval of your file, you will receive an additional email containing a PayPal invoice link. Once your payment is received, we will begin processing your poster to be printed. Please note that all posters will be available for pick-up at the Business Service Center, located in the Concourse Hallway of the Los Angeles Convention Center. We will not be shipping any posters.

Files processed prior to March 4th, 2025, will receive discounted pricing - listed below. Files processed March 5th - March 12th will have standard pricing. From March 13th forward, we shall continue to process files through the duration of the event, rush fee may apply. Next Day and Same Day poster printing will also be available. Rush fees will apply.

Posters are printed on 45 lb premium presentation paper.

Optional Upgraded Material - Double White Popup Material; this durable, non-tearable, scratch resistant, plastic-like material requires no lamination for protection. Even after being rolled or folded the graphics will lay flat for easy installation. UV safe that will last for years. $19.65 for upgrade. ALL UPGRADED MATERIAL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED ON OR PRIOR TO MARCH 13TH.

Optional Fabric Upgrade Material - 9 oz Polyester - Wrinkle resistant. Lightweight, foldable material that can be easily transported without the worry of damage to your poster. $24.65 for upgrade. ALL UPGRADED MATERIAL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED ON OR PRIOR TO MARCH 13TH.

Poster Size - The maximum dimensions should not exceed 44"h x 44"w (111.76 h x 111.76w). Poster material may not extend outside the assigned measurements. Posters must be no larger than 44" high by 44" wide. Poster content should be easily read from a distance of 4-5 feet. The sizes below are common, but feel free to use Custom Size if desired sizing is not shown.*
