    Exhibitor Application
  • Exhibitors are an important part of the Northwest Immunization Conference. Through your support, your agency can have a unique opportunity to interact with health professionals, clinicians, educators, policy makers, immunization supporters, and other interested parties from the across the region. 

    Participation as an Exhibitor will provide you an opportunity to showcase innovative services and interact with attendees through the virtual event platform. Each Exhibitor will be granted access to the Exhibit Portal where you can customize your company profile and increase brand visibility with video streaming and information sharing. The event app lets exhibitors conveniently engage with visitors, identify quality leads using SmartProfiles, and schedule meetings with attendees from your smarphone. From the app, exhibitors can take advantage of the promotional features by offering coupons, raffles, and giveaways to drive traffic to their booth.

  • Participation as an Exhibitor at the Northwest Immunization Conference will include:

    • In-person exhibit table and virtual exhibit page on event platform
    • Listing in NWIC program (print and electronic) to be distributed to attendees
    • One (1) complimentary in-person conference registration, including meals.
    • One (1) virtual admission to the NWIC virtual event platform with every live and recorded sessions, community boards, and networking opportunities in one place.
    • A virtual exhibit space for collaboration and targeted networking with health professionals across the region for the entire month of August.
    • Customizable Exhibitor booth with capabilities to offer promotions, showcase products/services live, and exchange e-business cards with visitors

  • SELECTION CRITERIA

    Exhibitor Booths will be assigned based on the order applications are approved and signed agreements are submitted. Organizations pending payment will be assigned their booth upson approval and only granted access once payment has been recieved. 

    Preference will be given to Exhibitors providing services, products, or publications which are directly applicable to the management or provision of immunizations. Immunize Oregon and the Oregon HPV Prevention Alliance, as conference managers, reserves the right to decline any exhibit or require the removal of an exhibit or any part of an exhibit which, in the sole judgement of management, is misleading or deceptive, in poor taste, or incompatible with the character and objectives of the conference.

  • The Northwest Immunization Conference (NWIC) will bring together health professionals of various disciplines from around the region. The curriculum will focus on evidence-based immunization topics and sharing of best practices. We will encourage networking, discussion, and will provide specific agenda time for questions. Below are the terms and conditions for your participation in any Immunize Oregon operated event, meeting, show, seminar or conference
