MEMBERSHIP FREEZE

1. A membership freeze must be requested at least 10 business-days prior to the next scheduled monthly payment. If you do not know your payment date, reach out to Jamie via your App.

2. Memberships may be paused for one, two, three months, or indefinitely. The monthly fee is $15.

3. Memberships and payments will automatically resume for a 1, 2, or 3 month freeze. It is your responsibility to track that date.

4. Memberships and billing are stopped monthly, no partial months refunds are given due to absence or nonuse.
