OUR PAUSE POLICY WORKS!
1. A membership freeze must be requested at least 10 business-days prior to the next scheduled monthly payment. If you request a freeze that doesn't fall within that time window, you will have one regular payment before the billing schedule is modified. If you do not know your payment date, reach out via text at 503-537-0104.
2. Memberships may be paused for one, two, three months, or indefinitely. The monthly fee is $15. If payment is not made following submission of this form, it will not activate a membership pause.
3. Memberships and payments will automatically resume for a 1, 2, or 3-month freeze. It is your responsibility to track that date.
4. Memberships and billing are stopped monthly, no partial months refunds are given due to absence or nonuse.
