Before submitting your cancellation request, please take a moment to review the following:
✔ Account status
Your account must be up to date (no overdue payments) for your cancellation request to be processed.
✔ Outstanding balances
If there are any unpaid amounts on your account, your cancellation will be processed once the balance has been paid in full.
✔ 7-day notice period
All cancellations require 7 days' notice. Any payments that fall within this period will still be processed, and you will continue to have access to the gym during that time.
✔ If you are still within your contract term
You have two options:
• Pay out 75% of the remaining balance to cancel immediately
• Continue your membership until the end of the term, after which it will automatically cancel
✔ Identity verification
For security purposes, a valid photo ID must be uploaded when submitting this form.
