  • Membership Cancellation Request

  • 💡 Before submitting your cancellation request, please read the following:

    * Your account must be in good standing (i.e., no overdue payments) for your cancellation to be processed. 

    * If you have any outstanding amounts, your request will not be processed until your balance is paid in full.


    * All cancellations require 7 days' notice. Please note that any debits that fall within the 7-day notice will be taken in full, and you will have access to the facility for the remainder of the pay cycle. 

    * If you are still within a contract term, you may choose:

      1. To pay out 75% of the remaining balance, to cancel immediately.

      2. To continue to the end of your term, after which your membership will automatically cancel, upon completion of this form.


    * You must upload valid photo ID to verify your request.


    * You can check your account status in the Client Portal  or the In Balance Fitness App. Android App / Apple App

     

  • To review your membership status, payments, and remaining term, follow these steps:

    Log in to the In Balance Fitness Client Portal Client Portal
    OR download the In Balance Fitness Hub App on Apple Store / Google Play.


    Sign in using the email address you registered with at the gym.
    Click on "Contracts" to view your membership details, including:


    * Your current payment amount
    * Your payment schedule (how many days you are paying for)
    * Your remaining membership term


    Based on your contract status, you have the following options:


      Out of Term? → You can cancel within 7 days.
      In Term? → Cancellation requires payment of 75% of the remaining balance.
      Want to let it expire? → You can simply allow your membership to run out.

    I understand that if I am still in term, I am responsible for either paying the 75% exit fee or continuing until the end of my term.
