Associations need feedback in order to improve, so we appreciate you taking the time to get in contact. Once the complaint has been received via this form, the person(s) in charge of that area of concern will investigate and be in contact with you if we need further information. All entries are timestamped for our records, and you will be able to download a copy of your entry. We strongly recommend that you reach out to your club delegates (juniors) or team captain (seniors) prior to lodging your complaint, as they may be able to assist you with your concerns.
