I understand that this is a request to freeze or cancel membership and that the club's policy as outlined in the contract in-regard to cancellations and freezes determine the finalization of any membership changes. Freezes require a (7) day notice in advance of the upcoming billing date. Cancellations serve as a 30 day notice and all charges within that 30 day window will occur, your membership will remain active for (1) month or (2) weeks after your final billing date depending on if you are billed monthly or bi-weekly. Our Member Experience Team will reach out via email to confirm confirmation of received request and finalize all requests. If you do not hear back from our team within (2) business days, please reach out to us via email at info@fitconcepts.net or by phone at 978-630-5114 to ensure that we have record of your request.
