MATERIAL KITS & FEES: Metalwerx lists materials kit costs on all promotional material (website, brochure, newsletters, etc.). Be sure to list all necessary kit supply needs for your class and provide LINKS to these items (including specific drill bits, burs, sandpaper, metal, stones, sawblades, etc.). Please see options below.
MATERIALS KIT - OPTIONS:

OPTION 1: If *YOU* are providing a materials kit for this workshop, please list what the kit will contain and the estimated cost per student. Instructors can elect to have students pay them directly for the materials or have Metalwerx collect materials kit fees when student tuitions are paid. If Metalwerx collects kit fees in advance, it will be included as a reimbursable expense in your check with your teaching fee.

TOOLS/EQUIPMENT MATERIALS LIST: Please list each item required for your Materials Kit and fill out all requested fields (quantity - per student, dimensions, item name, company/manufacturer, item link, estimated cost - per item, etc). If you, the instructor, will be providing any of the items, please check that box.

STUDENT SUPPLY LIST: What must each student bring with them to the class? If necessary, please add these items to the Materials list below and check off the "Student Should Bring" box. Metalwerx will post this list on our website as well as email it to students in advance of class. Basic jewelry hand tools are also available at the studio.

4. SPECIAL STUDIO PREP INFORMATION:

Our classroom studio has space for 12 students. Each student bench is equipped with a flexshaft, GRS Benchmate, and bench lamp. Our soldering area has acetylene, oxygen, and natural gas, and accommodates up to 4 people at a time. Major studio equipment includes a Bonny Doon hydraulic press, 2 Durston rolling mills, and a large variety of standard metalworking and jewelry making hand tools and equipment. Please provide a list of other special equipment, tools, setup, chemicals, trinket kilns, vises at each bench, etc. that you will need Metalwerx to provide. You may provide the list in the field below or include each of the items on the "Tools/Equipment - Materials List" below.

Please email your syllabus to us at least 48 hours before your workshop begins, along with any other handouts you would like for us to have printed and ready for you. Print fee is worked into student kits at $0.10/page.

In order to effectively market, please attach a JPEG images (3-7) representative of your class project or techniques.
