This program pairs experienced industry leaders with early to mid career professionals for a structured four month, one on one mentorship. Please complete the interest form below. Once received by the WiT staff, you will be sent an invitation to complete your mentor profile in the Torch platform.

Participation Commitment

As a mentor, you are expected to: respond to your mentee's first outreach promptly; make yourself available for at least one meeting per month; come prepared and engaged; share insight, perspective and guidance; and respond to communications within 5-7 business days. If challenges arise in your match, notify the Program Administrators.
