To formally submit your notice to vacate the premises, please complete the required Move-Out Form below.

This must be done no later than 30 days prior to the date you intend to move out or of your lease expiration date. The sooner this is submitted the better to ensure as smooth a move-out process as possible!

Failure to submit the form may delay a security deposit refund.

Your rental property was cleaned prior to your move in, a move-in condition form was provided to you, and the unit is expected to be returned that way upon move out. To help you receive as much of your security deposit back as possible, a move out checklist will be emailed to you when this form is submitted if we have an email address for you on file.

Please note, the Security Deposit will be split evenly between tenants, unless otherwise stated. If mailing address is not provided Ashley Property Services will send the refund to the last known address according to Oklahoma Tenant Landlord Act.

We generally mail refunds within 45 days of the keys to the rental property being returned to our office and we will text you when we do. The security deposit will be sent to the address listed below:
