  • We’re excited to invite you to participate in the Inland Foods x Prime Wine & Spirits Tradeshow 2026 — a high-energy, tasting-focused event that brings together vendors, chefs, and industry partners from across the Southeast. Last year, we saw nearly 1,700 attendees!

    The show will take place Tuesday, April 21, 2026 from 1pm-5pm at The Foundry at Puritan Mill on Atlanta's West Side, just a short drive from downtown.

    This form allows you to indicate your intent to participate and reserve a booth. Space is limited, and table reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis once payment is received.

    After submitting this form, you’ll receive an invoice and payment link to finalize your reservation. Additional event details, along with a second form covering product information, sampling needs, and logistics, will be shared closer to the show.

  • SECTION 2: BOOTH RESERVATION

    Each booth includes a front and back table with linens. Depending on vendor interest and space limitations, we may not be able to accommodate all additional table requests. If additional space can be confirmed, it will be reflected on your invoice.
  • Section 3: ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES

  • Exhibitors may enhance their presence by purchasing an advertising placement in the official Inland Foods x Prime Wine & Spirits Tradeshow Guide. All ads are printed in full color. 

    Benefits include:

    • If ad space is secured by February 1, 2026, company will be listed as a sponsor on the printed event invitation.
    • Company logo included in all digital event communications prior to the show.
    • Prominent logo placement on-site at the event.

    Please note, all exhibitors already receive a complimentary B&W page with booth location and company description. All ad specs and deadlines for artwork will be sent upon ad space confirmation.

  • Section 4: IMPORTANT DATES

  • Please save the dates below for planning purposes: 

    January 30, 2026 Last day for Early Bird Booth Reservations
    February 25, 2026 Last day for all Standard Booth Reservations
    March 5, 2026 Deadline to confirm Advertising Opportunities
    March 12, 2026 Deadline for all Advertising and Show Book content/art
    March 20, 2026 Deadline to submit booth staff details, shipping logistics, electrical needs, and special requests.
  • Section 5: PAYMENT & INVOICING

    Payments can be made via credit card (subject to an additional 3% processing fee) or check. We can no longer accept invoice deductions as payment for the show.
