The Ipswich Art Association and Three Sisters Garden Project present
AROUND THE TABLE: Nourishing Community
Call for Art and Fine Craft
Call for Art and Fine Craft that Celebrates Nourishment
What does nourishment mean in your community? What fills you and makes you feel whole? Around the Table, a weekend-long event and exhibit, explores and celebrates the ways we nourish ourselves, our family, and our community. When we gather Around the Table, we nourish each other.
Donations and a portion of proceeds from art sales will benefit Three Sisters in their work of bringing healthy, nutritious food to our most vulnerable neighbors, and the IAA in their community-building events and activities.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR ART!
WE ESPECIALLY WELCOME ARTISANS FOR THIS EVENT.
The show will display April 4-6, in downtown Ipswich at EBSCO Hall, with music and events throughout the weekend.
THE CALL FOR ARTWORK:
In order to be considered for Around the Table, artists and artisans should submit 2-5 pieces of work that interpret nourishment in some form - physical, creative, spiritual, etc. Is it a pitcher, a bowl, a tabletop still life, a photo of a person or place that fills you up? The possibilities are endless.
Works should be for sale. Artists who sell their work may take a 60/40 split with IAA/3S or donate the full purchase price. All donations are tax deductible.
