    We are hiring seasonal temporary help for our upcoming sale in a variety of different areas (setup, sales floor, cashier, sorting, breakdown). 

    If you love JBF and are interested in working with us, please complete this application.

  • Earn $$$! Get paid $10 an hour, unless otherwise noted below. Some shifts earn a higher rate and get extra perks! 

    Shop Early! In addition to earning money, you'll receive 2 FREE early shopping passes! And you get to shop early TWICE!

    • work 20+ hours = shop Tues, 9/23 from 3-8 pm AND shop Fri, 9/26, from 4-8 pm (50% off presale)
    • work 12+ hours = shop Tues, 9/23 from 4-8 pm AND shop Fri, 9/26, from 4-8 pm (50% off presale)
    • work 8+ hours = shop Tues, 9/23 from 4:30-8 pm AND shop Fri, 9/26, from 4-8 pm (50% off presale)
    • If you work the sort shift (Sat, 9/27, 2-7pm), you get to shop from 1-2pm on Sat, 9/27 for 75% off any tags that are marked to donate (with a "D" on the tag).

    Use your hours to shop! You can choose to be paid in JBF bucks for any hours that you work prior to when you shop.

    • You will receive your hourly rate in JBF bucks for those hours worked. 
    • Note: JBF bucks will not be given for any hours not yet worked.
    • To redeem your JBF bucks, let your cashier know at checkout how many hours you'd like to use.

    Free JBF tshirt! You'll get a free tshirt to wear while you work at the sale and to keep year-round!

  • Check all of the boxes next to the days & hours that you'd be willing and able to work. This isn't a guarantee of hours, but gives us an idea of where we could plug you into the schedule.

    Be sure and plan around the seller schedule so you don't overlap with team member early shopping times or your seller drop-off appointment (if you're consigning with us).

    NOTE: You will NOT be able to display your own items for sale while you are scheduled to work at the sale. You'll need to schedule your drop off appointment outside of your working hours. Contact Syrena if you need to edit your drop off appointment (jbfsellers@gmail.com or 903-307-5595).

    If you work the sort shift from 2-7pm on Sat, 9/27, you get paid $12 an hour AND you also get to shop for 75% off of any tag marked with a "D" from 1-2pm on Sat, 9/27.

  • Team Member Agreement

  • If you are chosen to work at the sale, you must agree to the conditions below:

    • You will be given a selection of dates/times to choose from, and the area you work in will be of your own choosing. If you require special accommodations or prefer a specific position, let Emily know before the sale. 
    • In order to receive compensation, you are responsible to complete the Team Member hours for which you have committed to. Should you fail to do so, you will not be compensated or receive other team member perks. You are able to arrange for someone else to work in your place if you're unable to work. 
    • You will be required to check in and out using the ipad at the sale. You'll need to "clock out" for any breaks taken. 
    • You will not be paid as an employee. Since you will be working as an independent contractor, you agree to accept an hourly rate and early shopping privileges. You will not be receiving employee benefits, insurance, workers compensation or any other similar employee benefits, since you are not an employee of JBF.
    • Checks will be issued within 10 days after the sale. If you are consigning, your consignor check will be issued separately from your team member check.
