  • Thank you for applying to be a part of the 10th Annual Nitto Tire Jeep-Bash.  We understand there are many options for shows to attend and truly appreciate your participation with us. This event grows in size every year, and we look forward to it's continued success through valued partners. We truly appreciate each and everyone’s support and look forward to 2025!

    All completed vendor applications will be responded to within 2 business days of submission.

    This year we are offering $500 upcharge for a beach vendor spot at promoter discretion. We have limited amount of beach vendor spots open so please email info@dirtexperience.com if you are interested.

  • ABSOLUTELY NO SUB-LEASING OF SPACE. APPLICATIONS MUST BE ON SITE WITH THEIR BOOTHS. 

  • FOR TRAILER AND EXTRA VEHICLE PARKING FOR VENDORS: 

    PARK FEES AND PASS INFORMATION (April to September) Pricing and description for the following: 
    Standard Vehicle Rates: Day Use $15.00
    Oversize Vehicle Rates: Day Use $30.00

    VENDOR MARKETING:
    JKX LLC Promotions will provide your business with the following marketing tools leading up to the event and during the event:


    • Radio: Mentions during live remotes and broadcasted advertising during event.
    • Social Media: Logo and business mentions on all Social Media outlets. Highly encourage vendors/sponsors to cross promote.
    • Official Jeep-Bash Website: Logo and sponsor inclusion on website with links to your sites


    VENDOR BINGO CARD:
    Each registered Jeep will receive a Jeep-Bash BINGO Card. Jeepers will be encouraged to visit each and every Jeep vendor to validate their bingo card. Once their bingo card is completely validated by all
    Jeep vendors they may return the bingo card to qualify for a chance to win raffle drawing. (Donations of vendors merchandise as noted on Page 1 of application)


    VENDOR MOVE- IN
    Vendors will be assigned a specific space at the event as selected by Event Management based on size.
    All personal vehicles except authorized display vehicles must be cleared from the event grounds and parked in the public parking area. Any vehicle(s) that are not Jeep Vendor related not cleared from the
    Event grounds can be towed at the owner’s expense. There is no overnight parking allowed. All vendors
    must follow the move-in instructions and directions of the Event Management.

    VENDOR CHECK-IN AND SETUP
    It’s pretty straight forward since it is a 1 day event, we ask all vendors to be set-up by 9:00 AM, Saturday, September 13th, 2025. Jeep-Bash is open to public from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All vendors
    must follow the instructions and directions of the Event Management. Rain or sine no refunds.

    VENDOR MOVE-OUT
    5:00PM to 7:00PM

    FOOD & DRINKS
    There will be food and drinks at the event.

    APPLICATION DEADLINE
    Applications need to be in before July 1th or prices will change. Application deadline is August 1, 2025. Submitting an application DOES NOT guarantee your acceptance for Jeep-Bash 2024. Once approved by JKX LLC Promotions, application approved, and payment received, then your vendor space will be secured.
