Acceptance of Booking Request
• If accepted, you will be notified by email, along with your invoice. • A non-refundable deposit must be paid in full by the invoice due date • Final payments must be paid in full by the invoice due date. (No later than 7 business days before the speaking engagement date). • Failure to make payment by the invoice due dates will result in your booking being cancelled. • Where required, you will be responsible for and invoiced for travel and accommodation costs. These will be pre-arranged with you.
By Booking Jacinta Richmond, you accept the following:
1. Acceptance of booking is at the discretion of Jacinta Richmond 2. You are the legal representative of the business your are booking on behalf of 3. Where a travel VISA is required by Jacinta Richmond, this is at your expense, All documentation required to be completed by Jacinta Richmond for the VISA application must be received within 14 days of booking confirmation. 4. If your booking request is accepted: a. You guarantee all invoices will be paid prior to their due dates b. Jacinta Richmond and the Confidence Catalyst is entitled to use images of their participation at your event for any purposes related to the event, at its discretion, including any future promotion, marleting and publicity purposes. c. There is no refund on the booking deposit fee should you cancel the booking. d. There is no refund on the booking full payment should you cancel the booking within 14 days of the event. e. You confirm that you will supply all travel, VISA and accommodation arrangements and bookings (if made by your business) no later than 14 days prior to the event. 5. In the occurrence of unforeseeable circumstances: a. Jacinta Richmond reserves the right to cance her participation at the event. b. A 100% refund of the deposit will be made to your business within 14 business days or cancellation. c. Where final payment has been made, a 100% refund of the final payment will be made to your business within 14 business days of cancellation.
