Mountain Bluebird Resight Form
Thank you for your help documenting banded Mountain Bluebird resights! Each banded bird carries a unique combination of color bands that allows us to identify individuals in the field without recapturing them. By recording resights throughout the season and across years, we can track survival, site fidelity, breeding success, and dispersal, helping us better understand and conserve the local Mountain Bluebird population in Jackson Hole. Even if you can't read the full band combination, simply noting that a bird is banded is still valuable!
