    Fill out the request form below to be considered for an appointment. We book by highest member class tier to ensure each guest is placed with care. Once your request is received, we'll follow up within 72 hours to confirm your appointment details and collect payment if required.

    Tue - Wed | 10am - 3:30pm

    Thur - Fri | 10am - 3:30pm

    Sat (1 day a month) | 7am - 2:30pm

    I understand that submitting this request does not guarantee a specific date or time, and that final appointments will be confirmed via email. I am responsible for ensuring my services booked are correct. 

    I acknowledge that changes made after booking and day of services may be subject to change or rescheduling fees. This includes, but not limited to, removing add-ons at time of service; full balance may still be required.
