Greetings everyone and thank you for your desire to partner with our brands to produce a successful and fulfilling event! This event is hosted by us, Jantell's Events and Consulting, LLC {www.jantellsevents.com}.

The event will be held tentatively at:
The Shores Resort & Spa
2637 S Atlantic Ave, Daytona Beach Shores, FL 32118
Event hours: 1:30 - 4:00pm; Vendor Load in 12pm
Anticipated attendees: 50-60
We currently desire vendors that offer: self-care services/products, medical services/products, feminine hygiene products, mental health, sexual health and beauty products.
Vendors aren't allowed to sell raffle tickets at the event.
This is a luncheon, there will be an option to add on a meal if you'd like.
- Only TWO reps can attend per table
- Each vendor must advertise for the event as well, all graphics will be provided for you. We will check social media as well as websites for confirmation.
- Vendors must reply to all emails within 48 hours!!! You will receive multiple emails with updates pertaining to the event.
- We Cannot guarantee a specific number of attendees; we can only give an estimate and share the confirmed number of tickets sold 7 days before.
- Vendor and Sponsorship fees are NOT refundable; please make note of this before you commit to the event. If you cannot attend the event and find a replacement vendor, that is NOT a duplicate of one that we currently have, we may be able to work something out.
- Only one vendor per brand/type will be accepted; no more than (2) ppl will be permitted to a table
- Only (1) brand is allowed to be represented at a table
- NO children under age 16 is permitted to attend or vend
- Vendor tables must be completely setup and operational by 12:45pm before guests begin arriving
