Whitefield College holds to a rolling admissions process. This means that as soon as the Admissions Office receives all required components of an application, the Admissions Committee reviews the application. Materials do not have to be submitted simultaneously, but an application will not be reviewed until it is complete. Once complete, the review process typically takes one business week.
* Upon completing this application, you will be provided with a link to a recommendation form. Two recommendation forms are to be completed by individuals who have known you for longer than one year. One recommendation must come from a pastor/elder at your current church, and we prefer that the other recommendation come from an employer if possible. Family members may not complete recommendation forms. We aim to learn as much as we can about the character, morals, manners, habits, and academic achievement of the prospective student. If the recommender(s) would rather write a letter than fill out the form, they may do so. The form and/or letter/email may be mailed to the College or sent electronically.
* Transcripts for any high school and college level work must be sent to the Whitefield College Registrar's Office. Transcripts cannot be delivered by the applicant, stamped “Issued to the student,” or faxed. Please have the Registrar at your high school/college mail or email your transcripts directly to the Registrar at Whitefield College. We need official transcripts from all educational institutions attended – even if only for one class or a study abroad experience. If you are a home school student and do not have a transcript, a parental letter describing your educational background will suffice.
