Whitefield Theological Seminary holds to a rolling admissions process. This means that as soon as the Admissions Office receives all required components of an application, the Admissions Committee reviews the application. Materials do not have to be submitted simultaneously, but an application will not be reviewed until it is complete. Once complete, the review process typically takes one to two business weeks.
* Upon completing this application, you will be provided with links to a recommendation form and mentor form. Three recommendation forms are to be completed by individuals who have known you for longer than one year. Family members may not complete recommendation forms. A fourth recommendation must come from your church session, consistory, board of elders, or pastor. We aim to learn as much as we can about the character, morals, manners, habits, and academic achievement of the prospective student.
* Transcripts for any college/seminary level work must be sent to the Whitefield Theological Seminary Registrar's Office. Transcripts cannot be delivered by the applicant, stamped “Issued to the student,” or faxed. Please have the Registrar at your college/seminary mail or email your transcripts directly to the Registrar at Whitefield Theological Seminary. We need official transcripts from all educational institutions attended – even if only for one class or a study abroad experience.

* A Written Statement of Salvation and Doctrine. It can be emailed.
* The application fee of $100 is non-refundable.
* Prepaid tuition with the 15% discount will not be refunded after thirty (30) business days.
Prepaid tuition will be refunded prior to the thirty (30) business days under the following process:
- 80% refund within seven (7) business days after enrollment according to the date on the application form.
- 50% refund within fourteen (14) business days after enrollment according to the date on the application form.
- 30% refund within twenty-one (21) business days after enrollment according to the date on the application form.
- 0% refund after thirty (30) days.
Any payments made on a monthly payment plan are non-refundable after 30 days from the date of payment.
All refunds must be requested within the time limits noted above.
Please sign the following: I agree to make payments to Whitefield Theological Seminary (WTS) according to the payment plan I selected on this page and explained in the Administrative Bulletin. I understand the refund policy as explained above and the degree programs offered by WTS. I will do all my work and will not share my work with other students. I will not make copies of any Mp3s or written materials supplied by WTS without written approval from the WTS Administration. I understand that if it is ever discovered that I have violated this agreement, I may be expelled from WTS, wherein: all courses taken will be counted as failures, any degrees that have been granted by the Seminary may be revoked, and there will be no refunds on any monies paid or owed to the Seminary.
