PAYMENT TERMS

A 25% Non-refundable Deposit is required to secure the artists availability, deposits can be made by invoice sent out by the artist to the client via email once booking form is completed.

Artist Agreement

This booking form acts as a contract between the client and artist for the services listed above to be provided at the event the client has described. Once a deposit has been received, the artist agrees to perform according to the terms and conditions listed. If for any reason the artist becomes ill, or unable to fulfill service obligations due to weather conditions or other unforeseen events the artist will issue a refund of all charges paid by the client.
