    • PAYMENT & BOOKING TERMS 

      (Please read all terms carefully and thoroughly before booking)

      A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the Artist’s availability.

      The Artist’s name, image, or likeness may not be used in any marketing materials until the deposit has been received. The Artist will not participate in promotional campaigns before receipt of the deposit.

      An event date is secured only upon receipt of the deposit. Until then, the Artist is not obligated to hold the requested date and reserves the right to accept another booking for which a deposit has been paid.

      Deposits can be made by invoice sent by the Artist to the Client via email once the booking form has been completed.

      By signing this, I agree to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the Artist’s availability. The remaining balance, including all agreed-upon fees and reimbursable travel expenses, must be received before or immediately following the Artist’s performance.

      The Artist does not accept Net 30, Net 60, or Net 90 payment terms.

      The Client is responsible for completing all internal approvals and initiating payment early enough to meet the agreed deadline. Administrative procedures and payment processing times do not extend that deadline. Payment is due without additional reminders from the Artist. If payment is overdue, the Artist may refer the matter to legal counsel without further notice.

    • Booking Confirmation & Artist Cancellation Policy

      This booking form serves as an agreement between the Client and the Artist for the services and event details outlined above. The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit, and the Artist agrees to provide the specified services in accordance with these terms. If the Artist is unable to fulfill the booking due to illness, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, the Artist will refund all payments received from the Client, including the deposit.
