WHAT YOUR LIFE WOULD BE LIKE:
We are a sales team -- you will be selling. The work days at UpRoar Partners are rarely the same. Because of the vastness of our customer base we are always having to learn and adopt to new technologies, sales strategies, and market segments. Our tiered SDR, BDR, Account Executive, and Management position levels keep people continually striving to learn the new skills necessary to advance to their next role. We arm our team with the most modern and advanced technologies, tools, management and training to stay ahead of the curve while paying competitive base salaries, uncapped commission/bonuses, and an open PTO policy.
