Registrations will be processed in the order they are received. If registrations exceed the amount of space on the tour your will be automatically placed on a waitlist for the tour in the order it is received. You will be notified that your are on the waitlist and you can then choose to be removed from the waitlist and your deposit will be refunded. If a space opens on the tour you will be notified of your acceptance on the tour and given one week to decline. All waitlist deposits are refundable.

Cancellation and Refunds
- Deposit is fully refundable for 1 week after registration
- 50% of the Deposit and First Payment are non-refundable prior to July 1, 2026
- Total Tour Cost is non-refundable after July 1, 2026
