Train for Performance – Terms & Conditions
1. Payment Policy: All personal training sessions and plans must be paid in advance before the start of the service.
2. 7-Day Cancellation Policy (Payments): A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to cancel or pause any recurring payment plans. Cancellations within this period are non-refundable.
3. Session Cancellation Policy: Clients must give a minimum of 3 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Failure to do so will result in the session being fully charged.
4. Health Declaration: Any changes in health status, injury, or medical condition must be reported to Train for Performance immediately. This ensures programming remains safe and effective.
5. Late Arrivals: Sessions will start and end at the agreed time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced session length, with the full fee still applicable.
6.No Shows: If a client does not attend a session and has not given notice, the session will be charged in full.
7. Package Expiry: All session packages must be used within 1 month of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Program Access: Online programs and resources are for the paying client only and must not be shared or distributed.
9. Client Responsibility: Clients are expected to be physically and mentally prepared for sessions, wearing suitable clothing and footwear.
10. Results Disclaimer: While every effort is made to help clients achieve their goals, results will vary depending on individual effort, consistency, and adherence to the program.
11. Communication: Clients agree to maintain regular communication with their coach, including check-ins, updates, and feedback where required.
12. Professional Conduct: Train for Performance is committed to delivering a high standard of coaching. In return, clients are expected to treat all staff with respect and professionalism.
