2026 Guide Availability

  • Adventures Coach/Teaching Guide Interest & Availability form - Elk

  • Please let us know if you are in for the 2026 season! We are planning a Coaches Summit/Training August 13th-16th and need to know whom to send the details.

    Only those Coaches that attend the Summit (or... only if determined and approved: complete the ElkBros Adventures Trained Certification Program (EBATCP) and exam) will be assigned for the season. Our goal is to have our entire team together at the Summit!
    Coaches that attend the summit will be eligible for the Martinez Cow Elk and Chase Turkey Hunt raffle.

    If you are in for 26, mark the elk hunts below that you would be available. If you are going to need more time before you know your schedule, just let us know and then resend the form when you are ready. 

    This is only your availability. Marking availability does not mean you are automatically assigned. Actual Hunt assignments will be sent to each Guide/Coach after bookings and personnel availability are determined. 

    ***Note: For those that are in, be sure your current updated First Aid & CPR certification cards are sent to admin@elkbros.com.

  • Archery Coached Hunts

    Coached hunts are 7 days total with trainings for the first day and a half. However, unless you are one of the Training Instructors, it is 6 days with you arriving by 4pm of day one, meeting Clients/getting settled/group dinner. Next morning in the field Coaching for a 5 day hunt. Departing the next morning after the 6th day. ***So if the Coached Adventure Camp starts on the 8th and you are coaching only, and not training, you would have to be there on the 9th.
  • September (Coached Archery)

  • Rifle Coached Hunt

    This is a first! Coached hunts are 7 days total with included trainings for the first day and a half.     Teaching Guide hunts are 6 days arriving by noon of day one, meeting Clients/getting settled/group dinner. Next morning in the field for a 5 day hunt. Departing the next morning after the 6th day.

  • Are you a current licensed New Mexico Guide (Not legally required on private property but highly encouraged, recommended and comes with a pay increase)*

  • Are you interested in being, or learning to be a Camp Training Instructor? Camp Training Instructors work with clients at camp, preparing them prior to going into the field.*

  • Once we get all submissions and complete our Adventure Camp bookings, we will notify all ElkBros coaches of assignments. 

    You will also be contacted about our Coaches "Team Camp" page on our website that is the homebase of materials, info, policies and education for our coaches. You will also be sent needed docs for you to sign and notified of our ElkBros Coaches training sessions.
