•We will require Federal Id or Social Security Number upon acceptance of you becoming a vendor.
•All food truck vendors must provide a Type K portable fire extinguisher.
•Flooring and grease on ground prevention will be required for all food vendors using appliances that produce grease and or any other bi-product outside of the truck if any. Flooring ground cover must cover the entire booth area.
•There will be a vending charge of $500.00 base against a 20% commission after 7% state sale taxes payable to JHMF LLC., before pulling out from the event. Base fee due March 28, 2022.
•Fee includes 2 working passes. Additional working passes will be issued depending upon need
•All food vendors must supply a certificate of insurance of general liability naming JHMF LLC, ABATE Of Indiana Inc, Lawerence County Recreational Park as additional insured. Full details of insurance must be supplied with formal contract upon acceptance.
•All Vendors must be registered and in good standing with the local and federal tax organizations.
•All food vendors must provide a copy of their Local Health Permit.
•Indiana Department of Revenue Services imposes a 7% sales tax on all retail sales made. If you are selling food or merchandise during the festival, you MUST fill out a Tax Remittance Form and return it to the Indiana Department of Revenue Services.
•We request all vendors to use recyclable or composting cups and containers and to make use of the composting station.
•Vendors must be in place by 3:30 pm ET on Wednesday June 1st and must remain in place though June 4th.
