Your payment method will be collected securely after this registration is reviewed. These authorizations confirm your consent to the billing terms.
I authorize Lucky Reg Pro to charge the payment method on file for the $200/month recurring SaaS fee and the $500 one-time setup fee as agreed. I understand charges will continue until I cancel in writing.
I acknowledge that failed or returned payments may result in an NSF/failed payment fee as specified in the service agreement. I agree to maintain a valid, current payment method.
