Cancellation Policy
- 24 hours or more notice: Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are fully refundable or may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment.
- Less than 24 hours notice: Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non‑refundable.
No‑Show Policy
- If you have prepaid for an appointment and do not show up, the payment is non‑refundable.
- New charges will apply for any future appointments scheduled after a no‑show.
Changes to Testing
- Adding tests: Any additions to your testing order will incur extra charges according to our standard fee schedule.
- Removing tests: If you remove any testing within 24 hours of your appointment, those portions are non‑refundable.
