Please fill out this form to join and help organize our Family Financial Fun Night event.
Location: Delta State University Nowell Student Union 2nd floor | 1003 Sunflower Road | Cleveland, MS

Date: Tuesday, August 25, 2006 5:00pm - 8:00pm

Details follow:

Facilitate activities for students and their parents that help them learn about personal finance.
The activities are pre-planned.
Students rotate from station to station.
Each station will have 2-3 volunteers.
A total of 6 stations.
Volunteers also needed to help serve the meal, man the registration table and take photos.
Students will be accompanied by a parent.
This program is funded by the MS Department of Human Services.

A post program evaluation must be completed after participating in the program. These evaluations will be available immediately after the program ends.
I give permission for any photos taken at the event to be used to promote the success of the program and for use in the annual report to the funding organization.
