2026 Transitional Pathways Program Registration Form
  • Transitional Pathways Program for Asian American Young Adults

The Transitional Pathways Program for Asian American Young Adults is a brand-new initiative by the Korean Community Service Center, created for the high school graduating class of 2026. Open to all Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander high school graduates, this program offers a supportive space to navigate next steps, whether you plan to attend a two or four-year university, enter the workforce, take a gap year, or pursue other paths. Throughout the program, participants will engage in a thoughtfully structured journey divided into five days: Days 1 & 5 will take place at the KCSC office and will focus on pre- and post-reflection, allowing students to explore their life goals and mental well-being. Days 2-4 will take place at Camp Indianola, where participants will be immersed in outdoor activities such as kayaking, beach time, hiking, campfires, and group reflection. This combination of guided self-exploration and outdoor connection is designed to equip students with a healthy foundation in life skills, peer support, and a deeper awareness of their mental well-being as they navigate the next chapter of their lives..
