All four elementary schools receive grant funds annually from the US Department of Education under ESEA/ESSA Title I-A for improving basic programs. As well, some ESEA/ESSA programs and services are available districtwide. Programs and services include but are not limited to:
- K-5 Response to Intervention support including small groups and/or classroom push-ins (Conger, Mills, Pelican, Roosevelt)
- K-12 Foster Student support
- K-12 Homeless Student support
- K-12 Migrant Education
- K-12 Title III Language and Instruction for English Learners and Immigrants
- K-12 Title VI Indian Education Program
