You (“the volunteer”), by answering phones and taking personal information from callers in the service of KGNU, agree to keep all personal information shared by the caller private and confidential.

This is part of KGNU’s terms regarding the protection of our donors’ personal and payment information and maintaining a culture of information security and PCI compliance.

Personal information includes, but is not limited to, names, mailing addresses, telephone numbers, donation amounts, and finanicial information such as credit card or bank account numbers.

Information is only to be shared with staff members or shift captains as needed to complete a donation.

KGNU staff and shift captains are the only other individuals who have access to donor information once the donation is complete.
