I acknowledge and accept that by participating in KOAC Outdoor or Landscaping Volunteering, I may engage in physical tasks such as weeding, lifting, or other manual outdoor work that could carry a risk of minor injury (e.g., cuts, scrapes, strains). I understand that I am volunteering at my own risk and agree that the Kiyooka Ohe Arts Centre is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the event.I acknowledge and accept there is an actively maintained beehive at the park. I understand the potential risk of bee stings and, if I have allergies or sensitivities, I will take appropriate precautions (e.g., bringing personal medication such as an EpiPen). I release the Kiyooka Ohe Arts Centre from liability related to any allergic reactions or incidents involving insects or wildlife at the park.
