2026 Edgewater OSHC Enrolment forms MUST be completed, accepted and $30 Enrolment Fees paid prior to 2026 Vacation Care booking requests. If you are unsure how to enrol, please contact admin@edgewateroshc.org.au. All Enrolment fees will be added to the Xplor accounts system on receipt of your completed enrolment for 2026. 

A FULL PROGRAM will be issued via Playground. We keep our Vacation Care days packed with activities for all ages. To view other activities scheduled for each day, please access the HOME app. If you need assistance with this, please reach out to the Coordinator or the Administration Manager.

PLEASE NOTE: the program may be updated after distribution. If you are already booked on a day that changes, we will notify you and allow you to adjust your booking if it no longer suits.

Some days may book out quickly - if the day is not showing on this form, it has already reached capacity. Please email enrolments@edgewateroshc.org.au to be placed on the waiting list.

Please note that our service fees from 10th August 2026. 

We aim to keep our programs affordable, however some incursions or excursions do incur an extra cost due to the expenses involved. All fees are claimable with CCS. 

We appreciate your understanding and ongoing support in helping us continue to provide enriching and exciting experiences for the children.

For the designated SPLIT days - if you feel your child would NOT suit the option for their year level, please select their 2026 school year level and send an email to Aimee at coordinator@edgewateroshc.org.au so she can determine if we have the space and/or ability for a change.  

As the parent/guardian, I agree to abide by the terms and conditions that are outlined in the Edgewater Out of School Care Centre Inc September/October 2026 Vacation Care program:

• My child has permission to attend the excursion unless I withdraw my consent in writing, which I may do at any time prior to the excursion.

• Cancellations will be charged as absent unless advised by 5pm on the Friday prior.

• You must have completed an Edgewater Out of School Care Centre Inc enrolment form this calendar year. If you have not enrolled this year, you must complete an enrolment form and relevant authorisations, provided the required documentation, and paid a $30 enrolment fee prior to being accepted for this Vacation Care program.

• You are listed on the child's Enrolment Form as a parent/guardian or an authorised person to consent to excursions names on the enrolment form.

• You have read all the excursion details and understand you can view the Excursion Risk Assessment and Excursion policies and procedures at the service at any time.

• You must have your child to the centre on Excursion Days by 9am (unless otherwise noted) so that the Educators can run through the program each morning with the children attending. 

  Transport Safety – Seatbelts & Booster Seats

  All children will be seated using a functional seatbelt at all times during transport.

  Children who are legally required to use a booster seat will be secured in an approved, properly fitted booster restraint.

  The service complies with all Western Australian child restraint and road safety laws.

  Educators will check that all seatbelts and restraints are secured correctly before departure.

  Transport used may include:

  Service-operated vehicles
  Chartered bus service
  Walking routes

  
  A transport risk assessment has been completed for all outings involving travel
