Service Agreement Form

Thank you for your interest in booking in with us. Here is our Client Agreement Form upon requesting cleaning services with the Cleaning Fairies Pty Ltd. Please read through the agreement below and submit form when finished.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing/texting and with at least 72 hrs notice. Any cancellations under the 72 hrs will incur a 50% of scheduled fee unless agreed upon under the management's discretion. We do allow for 2 cancellations per financial year under the 72 hr period for medical reasons. If both cancellation exemptions are used during that time period, a fee will apply following normal cancellation policies.Payments** Payments for invoices must be received within 72 hrs from invoice due date. A fee of $15 will apply to invoice and all scheduled bookings will be on hold until payment is received. Please ensure payments are received by due date. We encourage clients to set up scheduled bank deposit payments to our nominated bank account found on your invoice. If Cash is payment method, payment must be available on the day or within 24 hrs of job to personal bank account.Access to home: Clients may either provide a key, provide access to a key(box) or ensure someone is available to let cleaner in. Should the cleaner arrive and not have a way to enter, you will be contacted and have 15 min to return & give access to the cleaner. This time will be included in your booked cleaning as the cleaner has other jobs to attend after your cleaning and needs to stay on time. If the cleaner is unable to access your home and complete cleaning, 50% of scheduled booking will be charged and we will continue your service with next schedule booking.Changes to cleaning: if you are wanting to add more or change details to your cleaning routine, you need to let office know at least 72 hours prior to your cleaning, as we have to allocate the appropriate amount of time and ensure we have the availability to offer. If you have any changes to living (renovations, additional rooms added, new additions to family (kids/pets/guests)), we need to readdress your routine as these factors may affect the amount of time needed for cleaners to cover all the details agreed upon.OH& S- We love to attention to detail and to get into as many areas as what we can. Although we try to lift and move items, some items/furniture may be too heavy and risk our health and body. If there are specific areas you would like us to get behind, please help us by moving heavy items and furniture and we will do our best to get those hard to reach areas safely. Cleaner is not responsible for cleaning/picking up following particular items: 1. faeces/urine 2. sanitary/first aid items containing blood or bodily matter 3. vomit 4. personal adult devices

I agree to allow the Cleaning Fairies Pty Ltd to take before and after photos for professional and business use. The photos will not be shared with third parties.

I acknowledge I have read through the terms, conditions and rates. I fully understand about Covid safety plan, reminder system, cancellation fees, payment terms, heavy lifting/OH&S of cleaners, access to key and home, quoted details and time allocated, cancellations due to weather conditions and rates. By ticking submit form below, I am confirming acknowledgment of above form. All information collected by The Cleaning Fairies Pty Ltd is kept safely and securely in our data system. All information is deleted upon request.
