Thank you for your interest in booking in with us. Here is our Client Agreement Form upon requesting cleaning services with the Cleaning Fairies Pty Ltd. Please read through the agreement below and submit form when finished.

***Please contact us immediately if you or a family member are unwell*** If your cleaner arrives and feels anyone in the home is showing signs of being unwell, the job will be cancelled and you will be charged the full scheduled amount. We do allow cancellations under the 24 hr period due to medical situations 2 times per year. If both cancellation exemptions are used during that time period, any cancellations will follow the normal cancellation policies and will apply fees as shown below.Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing/texting and with at least 72 hrs notice. Any cancellations under the 72 hrs will incur a 50% of scheduled fee unless agreed upon under the management's discretion.Payments** Payments must be received within 72 hrs from invoice due date. A fee of $15 will apply to invoice and all scheduled bookings will be on hold until payment is received. Please ensure payments are received by due date. We encourage clients to set up scheduled bank deposit payments to our nominated bank account found on your invoice. If Cash is payment method, payment must be available on the day or job will be cancelled immediately.Reminders: Reminder emails are sent 3 days prior to scheduled booking. You can easily confirm this by clicking the confirm button on email.Estimates and Quotes: Estimates and quotes are valid for 30 days. It is based on the initial presentation of the property. If there are variations to the presentation (ie. plates/cups everywhere, toys, clutter), the cleaning will focus on the areas needing the most attention and the least used rooms will be left or your cleaner may call you to discuss details.Holiday Periods: Through out the year we have various holidays. Your cleaning may land within these. Depending on the availability of staff we may be able to continue your scheduled cleaning through these times. If a replacement time cannot be found your cleaning may have to wait untill the next cleaning rotation.Access to home: Clients may either provide a key, provide access to a key(box) or ensure someone is available to let cleaner in. If the cleaner is unable to access your home (i.e.. key is not left out, no one home), total fee will be charged, and we will continue your service with next schedule booking.Extreme Temperature/Weather: In the case of extreme heat temperature, or dangerous driving conditions, your appointment may have to be rescheduled. The appointment may have to wait until next rotation, but we will try to find a suitable replacement time as close to the original time.Changes to cleaning: if you are wanting to add more or change details to your cleaning routine, you need to let office know at least 72 hours prior to your cleaning, as we have to allocate the appropriate amount of time and ensure we have the availability to offer. If you have any changes to living (renovations, additional rooms added, new additions to family (kids/pets/guests)), we need to readdress your routine as these factors may affect the amount of time needed for cleaners to cover all the details agreed upon.We will at all times do their best to ensure your home is cleaned to the highest standard and request you inform management if this is not the case on the day of the clean or within 24 hrs of service. We will do our best to address concerns within 72 hrs of cleaning or agree upon a suitable resolution.Cleaning Fairies products are hand made from 100% Pure essential oils and some people may have sensitivities to this, Please inform us if this is ever the case.We love animals however your pets may not like their fairy so we please ask that at times the pets are kept in a safe and secure place while the cleaning is conducted.OH& S- We love to attention to detail and to get into as many areas as what we can. Although we try to lift and move items, some items/furniture may be too heavy and risk our health and body. If there are specific areas you would like us to get behind, please help us by moving heavy items and furniture and we will do our best to get those hard to reach areas safely. Cleaner is not responsible for cleaning/picking up following particular items: 1. faeces/urine 2. sanitary/first aid items containing blood or bodily matter 3. vomit 4. personal adult devices
I agree to allow the Cleaning Fairies Pty Ltd to take before and after photos for professional and business use. The photos will not be shared with third parties.*

I fully understand about Covid safety plan, reminder system, cancellation fees, payment terms, heavy lifting/OH&S of cleaners, access to key and home, quoted details and time allocated, cancellations due to weather conditions and rates. By ticking submit form below, I am confirming acknowledgment of above form. All information collected by The Cleaning Fairies, ATDC Cleaning Services, MK Eco Refresh, Fairy Tayla's cleaning, Scrub'a'dub Elite or Gaia Clean is kept safely and securely in our data system. All information is deleted upon request.
