    • A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking for Seated Locations, Garden Locations, the Private Waterfall and the River Boat Location. Find out about the deposit requirements on our website here. This does not apply for State Beach locations though a Beach Permit will be needed.

    • IMPORTANT: The Beach Permit is limited to groups of 30 people or less. We can get away with a couple people over, but should your group be bigger than 30 people you may have to consider an alternate location such as a tropical garden, private waterfall, or other venue...which will incur additional costs.       • Onsite Coordinator: Responsible for managing your group, including set-up for your ceremony and group photography set-up. Our prices normally include an onsite coordinator on groups of 15 people* or more. If you have a smaller group, you can still add one at $250.

    • Transportation from your hotel to your wedding and back. All services have a 2-3 hour minimum, and a gratuity of 15% will be added for the driver. Should additional travel time be required the transportation rate will be prorated every 15 minutes after the initial 2-3 hours.

      2 hour minimum between popular sites from Poipu to Hanalei Bay for One Way Service.

      3 Hour minimnum applies to Round Trip Service, and remote extreme locations on Kauai's north shore (ex. Tunnels beach) & west side (ex. Waimea).

    • Hawaiian LUAU: Feast & Entertainment!

      A Hawaiiam Luau, a Feast of Local Food, and Entertainment of Song & Dance is the perfect way to spend your wedding dinner if you have company. It's a 3-4 hours affair with an all you can eat buffet of alcohol & local food, entertainment during dinner, and a fantastic Hula Show to end the evening.

      We'll gladly reserve your Luau for you. No commission fees to us - you'll simply pay for the tickets at the door using your credit card.

    • Here are a couple of important reminders:

      You can add items to your wedding details up until 48 hours before your wedding and we will be happy to accommodate such last minute requests if we can arrange it in time. However, as per our company policy we will not be able to accommodate any item or service cancellations (like flowers, a video or a musician) less than 14 days prior to your wedding. If you wish to cancel such items / services you must do so at least 15 days before your event and in writing. Only consider the item/service cancelled when you receive a cancellation confirmation from our office. Sorry, but Downgrading your Wedding Package from one package to a less expensive one can not be accommodated within 30 days of your event. Read our full policy here.

      We will Authorize your Credit Card on file the day before your wedding to make sure sufficient funds are available to cover all or your costs and to let you know should there be a problem with your bank. We normally authorize an amount a couple of hundred dollars higher than your Invoice balance just in case you wanted to leave a tip for staff. Rest be assured that we only capture the amount that you sign for when presented with your invoice at the beach. If you wanted to use a different credit card to cover your costs, please call or email us at your earliest convenience.
