Training Policies & Agreement
By checking the acknowledgment box and submitting this form, I agree to the following terms regarding my participation in the Certified Infant & Family Educator (CIFE) Training facilitated by Aurella “Kaybee” Beach:
1. Information Sharing
I understand that my registration information will be collected for training records and communication purposes.
2. Media Release
Photos and/or video may be taken during the training, which may include my image. These may be used by Kaybee and/or CAPPA for promotional or educational purposes in print or digital formats.
Written feedback and participant quotes may also be used for promotional purposes by Kaybee and/or CAPPA.
3. Recording & Materials Policy
I agree not to record (audio or video) any portion of the training.
I will not photograph slides, materials, foundational certificate, or any content that is the intellectual property of CAPPA or the trainer.
If I wish to take photos during the training, I will request permission from Kaybee and fellow participants in advance.
Personal photos taken with permission may not be shared on social media or other platforms without the consent of Kaybee and other participants involved.
Photos may not be used for commercial purposes, advertisements, or distribution outside the training group.
4. Training Materials
A digital training manual and digital training supplies will be provided approximately one week prior to the training.
Training manual content and materials are protected and may not be reproduced, published, or shared outside of CAPPA-approved purposes.
5. Foundational Certificate & Next Steps
Upon completing this training, participants will be awarded a Foundational Certificate.
This foundational training can be completed at your own pace—as quickly as one day or spread out over a week.
After receiving the Foundational Certificate, participants may begin using the credential Certified Infant & Family Educator (CIFE).
Participants will have up to one year to complete additional requirements.
Following training, all instructions and next steps will be provided via email.
6. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years of age to attend this training.
