After you submit this form keep your eyes out for a confirmation email from me. Upon the confirmation email you can pay the entirety of the $425 fee, however, only $225 is due at that time and the rest ($200) is due upon your arrival at kamp. Instructions will be listed in the email as well as arrival and departure details. Please do not book travel until receiving your acceptance.
