Step 2: Package Selection and Number of Employees

We Have Two Packages Available for Corporate Headshots:
The Executive Package:

1 Standard Executive Headshot per person

The Branding Package:

2 images per person (One standard executive headshot PLUS one personal branding image)

Why consider The Branding Package? Branding images are quickly becoming the “new” headshot so jump on board and show your potential customers & clients that your team is engaging & interesting. The second image you receive can have a fun, lighthearted tone OR we can keep it more professional and high-end. Whatever your brand is – the second image will pair perfectly on email signatures, website headers, LinkedIn photos, contact us/about me pages, etc. Personal branding is my expertise and the way to unlock new revenue! Giving your customers variety shows them that they can expect to work with REAL people – and that just might be what tips their business your way!
Group Composite:

Group Composite cost is $150/person which includes the graphics work and the final delivery of the group composite electronic image. The Group Composite will include each person’s chosen full length photo (1st or 2nd choice based on what looks best).

Background choices: receive a transparent background and select either solid color or muted office background in addition.
- Additional group composite files may be purchased for $399/ea.
- New Hire Photo Session: $399/person. Includes session, 1 headshot file, 1 full length photo file, and a new group composite file to include the new hire.
- Deletion from composite: We can easily remove a person from your composite. Price: $150/person for the deletion. Includes a new edited composite file.

You will need to book and purchase the Branding Package to get two images of each employee as there will need to be a headshot as well as a full length photo (for the composite).

We typically do sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Certain locations have specific timeframes. Feel free to contact us to narrow down a date & time before booking OR we can work together to select a date/time after you submit. We do not hold dates/times until a booking form is submitted.

Payment Structure & Credit Card Processing Fee

We’ve designed our payment structure with your convenience (and savings) in mind.

Your session is reserved with a small initial deposit, which must be paid by credit card to secure your date. We’ve intentionally kept this first payment lower since it’s the only one requiring a card.

Your remaining balance (which includes tax) can be paid either by:

Credit card — with a 3% processing fee applied, or
Check brought on photo day — to avoid the 3% fee.

A non-refundable retainer fee is required to book your session. The package balance will be charged on photo day with a 3% credit card processing fee, unless you choose to bring a check as payment. View your email confirmation for the total amount owed.
