I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Baby Massage Course. I understand that the activities involved in this course may involve physical contact and movement which could result in injury. I acknowledge that I am responsible for the safety and well-being of my child during the course.

Terms and Conditions

1. I agree to follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the instructor.
2. I acknowledge that the instructor is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur.
3. I confirm that my child is in good health and has no medical conditions that would prevent participation in this course.
4. I acknowlede that this course does not permit me to teach infant massage to anyone, and is fit for the purpose of giving massage to my baby.

Waiver of Liability

By signing this waiver, I release Rainbow Bèbè, its instructors, employees, and agents from any liability or claims arising from participation in the Baby Massage Course.
